What happens after I pay?
After you pay, you have two options.
1. If you have a job that needs doing as soon as possible, then send us a message with the details via our contact form.
2. Wait for us to set you up with an account in our project management system, then login and submit/manage your requests from there.
If you choose option 1, then we’ll add your first request into the system as soon as we get started.
How many tasks can I request at a time?
You can submit as many requests as you like, though to make sure our quality of work is always high, we will only work on one at a time. We will work through the list in order of submission until we have either completed them all, or you have used up your current hourly credits. If this happens you will be notified and have the option to purchase a one time lot of hours to make up the remaining time needed for completion.
Can you offer custom pacakges?
If you would like to request a custom package that varies from what we have above, we are more than happy to accommodate. Go ahead and send us a message via our contact form with the details.
Is there an expiry on the One-Time packages?
All One-Time blocks of time purchased will be valid for a period of 6 months. After which they will expire.
Most people will use up each pack much sooner than that. But please keep this in mind when placing your order.
What happens if I don't use all of my hours in the mo
Your hours will refresh each month. Any unused hours are no longer available.
These packages are for people who have regular ongoing tasks.
If you are not sure that you will use all of your hours each month, then go ahead and select a One-Time package instead. Should the need arise, you can always switch to a monthly package at a later date.
